We form your Estonian company within 1 business day and e-mail you power of attorney document(s) – for every person in the structure of the company.

Certification of documents

You certify power of attorney document(s) at your local notarial office by getting an apostille certificate on it. After that you send certified document(s) to us by mail or courier.

Changing ownership and Board of the company

Within 7 working days after receiving the apostilled power of attorney document(s), we transfer the company to your name and make all necessary changes in the Commercial Register according to your order. Once changes are made, we e-mail you an updated company registration card and send all the documents by post.

An apostille is a special form of notarial certification in the international authentication procedure which makes the document recognized when presented in other countries.

An apostille may be used only between states which are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. That is, we only accept the owners/board members from the countries participating in the Convention. You can find the list of all member countries here.

You have to submit an application to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. If you have Estonian e-residency card, you can do it remotely. It goes without saying that we are at your service if you need help with this.
